Rexburg or Bust
On our way to Rexburg......we veared off and stopped at the Energy Solutions Arena for a little wedding celebration. Shrimp, crab, rib-eye yum! It was my brother-in-law, Kim Wilson (my wife's brother) married Gail Miller! You know? The Jazz Gail Miller. Awesome! Then off to as far as we could get to Rexburg. We left at 4:30 pm from SLC. Stopped once at the Downey gas stop on I-15. Grandma needed gas and gatorade and encouragement. Yikes! Grandma wrote that. The freeway traffic was rough and scary. Grandma didn't want to drive in the dark so she put the bit in her teeth and we didn't stop again 'till we hit Rexburg .....118 miles and two hours later. Killed me off! My iron butt turned into lead. I had a hard time keeping up with her, I guess she has this motorcycle touring down. Jack was awesome and never complained once 'cause I was mean and abusive and threatened his life. Now we get two days of R and R before we head to Yellowstone. Stay tuned for more fun........
